Puerto Pollensa certainly caters to a very wide variety of tastes when it comes to gastronomy.
In Puerto Pollensa you can find restaurants for fine dining and special occasions, restaurants specializing in tasty local dishes, international and greasy take aways.

The Nofrills Excursions team have listened carefully to the feedback of clients, and because of our own personal knowledge we have come up with a few recommendations of restaurants should you wish to venture out on a few occasions:

GuruInternational:
Located just behind the sea front, in the road behind the hotel Daina. Guru is a very popular (and one of our favourite) restaurant serving up a wide variety of international cuisine, with a difference.

Guru Restaurant Guru Restaurant

Everything from the food, décor and ambience has been chosen to make sure it’s clients have a memorable experience. Many clients have told us that they have found them selves returning to Guru time and time again because of the enjoyment they get.

The friendly owners Ramon & Conse are always on hand to make sure you have a great time and that your food is just right. A small sample of their menu is:
-Mozzarella Sticks & Spicy Homemade sauce.
-Sautéed Chicken Strips in mandarin sauce with fresh vegetables.
-Home made Cheese Cake with fruits of the forest sauce.

Reservations are necessary to avoid disappointment.

O’LumeNorthern Spanish Cuisine:
If you’re looking for a meal with outstanding quality and great service look no further than O’lume situated on the main road leading down to the marina, opposite the Eroski Supermarket.
O'Lume Restaurant
While it isn’t as cheap as the other restaurants be assured you will certainly get what you pay for from the resident award winning chef and owner Jaime.

Inside you can find a very relaxed ambient with soft music gently playing all evening, while the waiters take the best care of you.
A sample of the menu could be the following:
-Frito Marinero, hot seafood and vegetable salad.
-Barbecued medallions of “Iberico” pork fillet.
-Delicious dish of three home made ice creams.
Bella VistaVegetarian Option:
Bella Vista is probably the only restaurant in the whole of Puerto Pollensa to offer a Vegetarian only option.
Why not enjoy their delicious vegetarian cuisine under the shade of some hundred year old fig trees in an extremely relaxed environment. Bella Vista care for our planet, that is why they use organic, seasonal and local products. Vegan and glutton free options are also available.

Nico’sNorthern American Cuisine:
Nico’s tex mex restaurant has been a firm favourite in Puerto Pollensa for many years now.
Located near the main church square (where the ironmongers shop used to be) Nico’s is run by a local Spanish family, but they still know how to offer such mouth watering American Cuisine. The menu includes Sirloin Steak, Burgers, Chili, Apple Crumble, Brownies, Home-made Deserts etc etc.

Hell’s KitchenInternational:
Don’t be put off by the name for Hell’s Kitchen is actually a really relaxed and friendly environment!
Expert chef Ian David Jones is very proud of his food, and he has every right to.
We highly recommend the Sunday Roast which includes a full three course meal. An example of the Roast menu could be:
-Farmhouse Soup.
-Salmon on a bed of pesto mash.
